The waiting time between two pours should be no less than 30 minutes and no more than 60 minutes, to avoid large stresses from a single pour that could cause formwork failure, and also not too long to form a cold joint. When pouring the second lift, ensure the vibrator tip penetrates the first lift by about 10-15cm to form a connection between the two concrete lifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
